Melissa Ronacher

Melissa comes to ConferenceDirect with over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During her career she has worked with Marriott International in various direct sales and leadership roles in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. Melissa is a member of MPI, PCMA and The Sales Association. During her time with Marriott as a Global Account Manager, she handled the Association, Corporate and Extended Stay markets as a single point of contact for site selection in placing conferences worldwide at all Marriott, Renaissance and Ritz Carlton Hotels. As a Vice President with ConferenceDirect, Melissa is dedicated to ensure her clients’ needs are met in a timely and thorough manner. Working with both Corporate and Association partners, Melissa devotes her priorities to ensuring her clients’ success by securing prime, venue locations, cost-effective contract negotiations and flawless event execution. Whether planning a city-wide convention or a senior level meeting, she offers her clients the same personalized service to ensure their objectives and goals are achieved. Melissa has received several awards throughout her career including Opening Hotel of the Year, repeat recipient of Marriott’s Chairman Circle award, ConferenceDirect’s Rookie of the Year and Top Producer awards.
