Dawn will provide you market intelligence to assist you with finding the right hotel, at the right price, in the location you desire to fit all your needs for your next meeting, conference, or retreat. Take easy steps to communicate all of the appropriate information about your meeting needs & profile to enact a search. Through Dawn’s network she efficiently sends leads electronically through ConferenceDirect’s intranet site, allowing for immediate connection with hotels. ConferenceDirect provides you with an excellent Customer Response Template that will clearly outline availability and cost information from the hotels to assist in your decision process. Once you pick out two-three hotels that you prefer, Dawn will begin negotiations with those hotels that make your preferred list. Dawn will keep the communication exchange with all hotels to free up your time and update them on your progress and alert them of your timing and decision process. Dawn will personally arrange and coordinate all site tours as you determine to visit certain hotels. Now you can begin focusing on other projects and let me take a load off of your mind.
Dawn served 12 years in the military for the California Air National Guard at Moffett Field, CA. Dawn has worked with the military on their meetings throughout California by maintaining relationships. In 2004 Dawn was awarded “Rookie of the Year” with ConferenceDirect. Dawn was also recognized in 2007 for her achievements as a “Breakthrough Business Award”. Dawn is proud of her roles as a meeting planning professional, wife and mother.
