While in high school she became interested in the hospitality field and worked for several years as a tour guide for the Missouri State Capitol. She has degrees in Hotel Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts. After college Trisha started working for a Fortune 500 company in convention services, and then in the travel department. Following this she became a successful wedding specialist for a hotel in St. Louis . She relocated to Colorado where she worked for three years with Hilton. While in St. Louis she was highly involved in Cycling for the Team in Training with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Mary joins ConferenceDirect with over 20 years of experience in the hotel and meetings industry. Most recently she was a Global Account Manager for Marriott International representing all Marriott hotels and resorts worldwide, including Renaissance and Ritz-Carlton brands, as one point of contact for site selection and contract negotiation. Allison Harden joined ConferenceDirect in 2005. Prior to that, she managed events for the Denver Merchandise Mart Complex for 10 years as the Event Sales Manager. Before joining ConferenceDirect in April, 2005, Chris ( Lighthall) Hellvig worked for the U. S. Court of Appeals as a government meeting planner for 13 years. In that position, she handled all aspects of conference planning from site inspection to registration for up to 400 registrants. She arranged for complex travel and security arrangements for high level federal judges, including U.S. Supreme Court Justices. Chris has her Associates Degree in Travel and Tourism Management, as well as a Professional Achievement Award as a Tour Guide. While earning her degree, she also taught a Meeting Planning class. Kelley Beaudoin Seifert began her 20+ year career in Hotel/Hospitality and Convention Planning in 1988 at the Marriot Hotel in Portland, Maine. She brought with her an expectation and understanding of quality customer service, knowledge of revenue management, and strategic logistics. Following a move to New York City in 1995, Kelley's extensive managerial experience started with the American Thoracic Society (ATS) where she planned and executed its annual conference serving over 16,000 attendees.
